1.In order to ensure the long-term normal operation of Micro Diaphragm Water Pump 6V, we need to follow some product maintenance methods.

 

First, check whether there is any looseness at the joints of the pump and pipelines. Test-rotate the pump to see if it is flexible, and then check whether the motor rotates normally. Secondly, add bearing lubricating oil into the suspension, and pay attention to see whether the oil level is between the two lines on the oil mark. Then, unscrew the water diversion plug of the pump body and perform the water diversion operation. Then, close the gate valve of the water outlet pipe, the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum gauge. Finally, start the motor. When the pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge. After they show the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load at the same time.

We must also tighten the pump and connecting pipe joints to prevent static sparks caused by vibration, impact and friction, and use anti-static hoses. At the same time, the reliability of the grounding system also needs to be checked and tested periodically, and the grounding resistance is required to be less than 100 ohms.
